Fees Payable by Patients for Non-NHS
Work
If a GP or nurse is asked to fill in a
form or write a letter for something
that is not directly related to your
treatment or care under the NHS (e.g.
completing holiday cancellation forms
for insurance companies) then a fee will
be payable.
The reception staff will be pleased to
advise you.
Please note that the doctors no longer
sign passport application forms.
